Travelers of any nationality can transit through Chengdu airports without a visa for up to 24 hours, provided that they:
- Remain within the international transit area, and
- Hold confirmed onward tickets to a third country.
2. 240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Chengdu offers 240-hour (10-day) visa-free transit for travelers from 54 countries (including the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, EU nations, Japan, Korea, etc.).
