Itinerary

Day 1 – Chengdu → Siguniang Town

Depart from Chengdu in the morning via Dujiangyan. Visit the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, an ancient engineering marvel built around 256 BC that is still functioning today. Continue to the Siguniangshan National Scenic Area, named after its four year-round snow-covered peaks, resembling four graceful girls draped in white veils. Enjoy the panoramic view from Maobiliang Ridge before checking into your hotel.

Day 2 – Changping or Haizi Valley Trekking

After breakfast, embark on a full-day trek (approx. 8–15 km). Hike through forests, alpine meadows, and glacier-fed streams, surrounded by magnificent snow-capped mountains. A packed lunch will be provided during the hike.

Day 3 – Shuangqiao Valley → Chengdu

Head to Shuangqiao Valley, known as the most beautiful valley in Mount Siguniang, ranging from about 2,900 m to 3,840 m in altitude. Pastures, grasslands, forests, and snow peaks form a stunning natural landscape. Take an eco-shuttle to explore glaciers, waterfalls, snow mountains, and Tibetan villages. In the afternoon, return to Chengdu, with an estimated arrival in the evening, marking the end of the journey.
