Itinerary
DAY 1: Chengdu → Dujiangyan
Morning: Pick-up from your hotel lobby. Visit the Dujiangyan Panda Base. This is the best time of the day to observe the pandas, and you may witness them being fed at irregular intervals.
Afternoon: Visit the UNESCO-listed Dujiangyan Irrigation Project, a world-renowned ancient engineering masterpiece. Stop by Yangtianwo Plaza for sightseeing and photos, then continue to Guanxian Ancient Town to explore its charming traditional streets.
Evening: Enjoy the stunning “Blue Tears” bioluminescence natural light show (seasonal). Return to your hotel in Dujiangyan.
DAY 1: Dujiangyan → Lixian → Chengdu
Morning: Pick-up from your hotel in Dujiangyan. Drive approximately 2 hours to Bipenggou Valley, a stunning alpine area often called “Little Jiuzhaigou.” Hike along scenic trails, enjoy rivers, waterfalls, and vibrant seasonal foliage.
Afternoon: The whole trip lasts approximately 6 hours. Return to hotel in Chengdu. End of tour.
